This team is a nice addition and upgrade, featuring maintenance with a good vibe and an experienced office manager who knows what she is doing. A long-term resident notes that for the first time, there is a manager with years of experience who is very approachable and present every day. This has helped turn the place around toward being a safe, clean, and good place to live where rules are followed. The exterior is noted as not being as trashy as it used to be, though an observation mentioned some security lights out, which is a safety concern at night.

Best thing to happen to this conplex was the changes to the office staff, The new Team is awesome. Love the energy, love the vibe, the home feel and just positive! Thank you Office Staff and Maintenance for turning this place around!

This Team is a very nice addition and upgrade from what was here in the recent past. We have a Maintenance with a good vibe and energy. An office Manager who definitely has the experience and knows what she is doing and i just wanted to say thanks and show appreciation!! So, Thank You Team!!! ?

Just picked someone up. Did notice multiple security lights out which is a no no with most apartment developments bc its not safe at night when you can't see what's around you.
