I had no problem with Juan's customer service, but be aware- If you get towed by him you are going to pay BIG. Here's the breakdown of my invoice from using this company:Service call- $129 (This is the only information I had upfront)Mileage (7 miles) - $95 (I was initially told by dispatch this would be $0 because it was such a short drive)Tow charge- $85Highway pickup- $65 (didn't realize up charging for highways was a thing)Drop off fee- $20 (oh, you actually want your car back?)That's right, FIVE line items totaling $400 for an *extremely* basic highway tow under 10 miles. This tow had more random fees than my electric bill.They will get you from point A to point B, but be aware someone else will probably do the same service for much less.Service: Car towing

Juan was excellent! He went above and beyond picking up my 3 cars on 3 different occasions to transport to another location. Not only was he on time but he was extremely careful with my classic cars. Highly recommend!

This company is a scam! They tell you one price and then charge you another! They are liars. We were told $60-$90 and got charged $268. For a 4 Mile tow! Do not use this company!!
