I used the drive-thru paid $20 and was supposed to get $6 back but it did not dispense anything. I have called and texted and I have yet to get a response. Don't get me wrong I love this car wash but the customer service is lacking.

Was great until today, 8/20. My car was covered with soap and then everything shut down. I called mgnt about it . Then moved over to middle self wash bays to wash soap off. After trying 2 different credit cards and then cash, I gave up and left. Previously, I've been very happy with washing here.

Not the washes fault, folks washed alot of mud off their trucks. 2 of 3 bays were muddled up the floors
