Rates go up every few months. I got the unit and started at like 50 dollars. Am now paying the outrageous amount of 110.
It should be illegal to constantly change rates.

No notifications that the Cedar Ridge Storage had been sold to Go Store It. Never received a new lease to sigh. They clain i did. No records in my email of such. No records in my email of the price increase for the so called protection. No notifications that my bill had been raised and no notifications that an insurance had been added. I started out paying $85 per month for my unit. Now it's $119.50. This is a rip off.
Update.
Nowy rent has been raised to $140 per month. This is bullshit. It's an exterior unit that it 10x12. You just keep raking in and lighting your cigars with it. I'm on a fixed income and partial disability. After paying you money hungry idiots, I now can't buy food. I can barely afford medication. Thanks for your assistance in killing me.

I never had any trouble. They had flooding in the area and they emailed me to let me know that it didn't get in my unit, if it did it would've only been at the front but it never did.

Cedar ridge sold Go Store it. The worst decision ever. Rates skyrocketed! I can NEVER get a representative on the line. I get put on hold for over 10 minutes and then get transferred to a VM. The worst switch ever! Go store it please hire more representatives and answer your phone.

Horrible storage place. Their service has dramatically decreased since the new company took over. I have seem many customers leave because of their services. They do not attend to the customer as a customer but as numbers on a board. I feel that they do not care about their customers they are only in it for themselves. They rely strictly on computers.

We rented 2 units from them for a little over 2 years & they were extremely helpful anytime we had questions or concerns. The units are safe & clean. Would recommend 100 times over. Thank you guys for being so awesome & keep up the great work in the community!

All my dealings with the cedar ridge storage very pleasant they're very polite and professional very nice people I still have a storage unit with them just got rid of one.When you need a unit they are the ones to go too they are awesome people.
