Yes,sometimes they get busy & you might have to wait patiently(probablya busy pharmacy because of the qualityof their service).My friend uses MANYmeds,& they're normally right "on topof it", often even before we call it in.They've always been very helpful there.

This is the most insufferable pharmacy. I’ve called my prescription in days in advance multiple times, will wait in the drive through for 20 minutes (not an exaggeration), told my script still has to be verified by the pharmacist and to go to the back of the line to wait another 20 minutes (still not an exaggeration).What is the point in calling in your refill if it won’t even be ready when you get there?I have tried going inside as well and it takes the same time because there is one person managing the lobby and the drive through simultaneously.I have given them so many chances, but the wait times are so inexplicably infuriating, I cannot justify using them anymore. I have wasted 40 minutes a month for the last 6 months hoping it’ll be better next time, but it has never improved.Incredibly disappointed.

Their COVID tests were DOUBLE the price of other pharmacies. The other pharmacies were out of stock, so I was forced to buy these.

Says drive through is open till 6pm, pulled in at 5:53pm and they were too busy visiting to wait on me. Went by today at 2:01pm and it still took over 10:00 minutes to get service.

Was just there using there picture machine waited at least 45 minutes they never came out ! Nobody up there with a heartbeat offered to help me and even after that I wanted to purchase something and couldn’t getanyone to take my money I’ll never ever go back!!

I have used Eubanks for several years, but the last several times I’ve used them the front help has been rude! Don’t speak to you, rude and short on the phone.I don’t know what the problem is but they need to take care of it! No excuse to not be friendly to customers!
