Great place to camp. Shower house is over the top. They have 4 individual shower houses. Very very nice. Great fenced in park for four legged family members.

This place is an absolute gem! We just completed a 3 week stay and would still be there today if it wasn't so far from I-35. The resort is very clean and well kept. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I've been told that they will soon be getting permanent awnings on their sites. I've been RV'ing for about 7 years now (4 years full time) and I must say that this was the cleanest & quietest RV resort/park I've ever stayed at and I've stayed at a lot of them.Pros: Quiet, clean, great price, close to Lake WhitneyCons: Location, location, location! It's a bit far from I-35 and located in a small lakeside town that looks like it has seen better days...very run down and not much going on.

We stayed here for one night to take our new RV on a trial run. The RV Resort is off the main road and extremely quiet. Sites are all paved and level. Shower rooms are immaculate, private and pristine. They even provide bath mats and a clothes hamper to put them in when you are done using them. There is a nice fenced dog yard with plush green grass and shaded benches to sit on. There is a beautiful stone communal fire place. They are in the process of building a swimming pool which will be a nice amenity when it is complete. There are several back in sites and several pull through. All are very long and would accommodate the largest of RVs. Wifi and phone reception were both great.Be forewarned, at this time, there are no picnic tables or fire pits. If you let your pups in the grassy areas, there are a few stickers. But none in the dog park. There is not much shade, but the palm trees are beautiful. From inside our RV, we kind of felt like we were at the beach.We highly recommend this RV Resort. It is very quiet, and if you just want to get away and chill, this is a great place to do that. We would consider coming back for sure. Also, loved dealing with Brenda...she was very helpful and patient.

My friend stayed here for a few months. Has to be the nicest RV park I've seen for the price. All the spots are paved, along with the road inside the fence. Course gravel is around the paved area, making it easy to maintain.Has a nice dog park that is fenced in.Drive across the street to the guard shack and tell them you are eating at Mulligans. One of the best restaurants in town.When he stayed, it was 400$ a month + Electricity and a 200$ deposit (in case there's an electric bill when you leave)

We store our motorhome in the enclosed storage units, very satisfied. The only suggestion would be that they spray for spiders.

This is truly a great RV park. Huge, level concrete spaces with lots of parking. We wound up staying here for 6 months while in town for work. We made it through the entire summer with zero power issues. It is a nicely maintained place, with a very nice dog park, clean bathhouse and a great laundry room. If you need a place to park your RV, Brenda and Tina in the office will take great care of you.

We recently stayed here in our 42’ Toy Hauler and our site was Perfect. We were next to the community fireplace pavilion. We were the first customers and had the place to ourself for almost 2 weeks. The laundry center is nice, a dog park and private shower rooms. Our views of the sunsets were beautiful. We will return in the future.

Staff is super friendly and very helpful. We arrived very late but they had our folder by the office and gave us a gate code so we could get in with no trouble. Only one gate opened when we arrived made them aware of it and it was fixed very fast. We have stayed in there Waxahachie resort as well. We will definitely be visiting here again. Also it was nice to be the only ones here for a day.

I was their first storage customer moving in on Jan 1st. The unit is very nice. Concrete floors, lighting and electrical outlets inside the unit. Great communication and nice people.
