Employees are friendly and helpful, however, there is not a lot of selection as far as moving supplies go. And, the selection they do have is overpriced.

I have had the best service with this location from the day I pulled up with my rental truck From out of state! The staff has always done everything they can to make sure I have had no issues, and if one has come up it's fixed Promptly. Kevin has been a uhaul angel and always has a great attitude and awesome customer service!

I reserved a uhaul trailer online for a one way move out of state. I called to let them know I was going to be a little late for my reservation and they were very accommodating. The only complaint I have is that they only had one guy working on a busy Saturday so we had to wait a little bit

Second time in a year that I have been sorely disappointed with this location. In the spring I went to the U-Haul website to rent a car trailer only to go to pick up the trailer at this location and they refused to let me take it because of the make and model of my truck even though my towing capacity was 6500 pounds from the factory. BTW, it passed the checks and balances on the website reservation. This week, I set an appointment for 9 o'clock to have a trailer brake controller installed in my vehicle. I showed up at the proper time. Not only was there no appointment (was told it was recorded as a quote - a quote that involved a set date and time?) but no one seemed to care that it was important to me. This is what was unacceptable. Done with this location.
