Went in for an oil change. They did that but didn't tell me they fixed my bumper witch was hanging. Did not charge me an I just noticed. God works when you don't even know. 10 stars.

These guys are great, i came in looking for a part that i had very limited information on and the little old lady that helped me knew her stuff and found what i was looking for first try and the employees always very friendly and the store is well organized... my favorite parts shop in whitney, even if they dont have what im looking for they almost always have a suggestion of where i can find it and dont treat their customers like an inconvenience or like u are interrupting their break time...like eagle auto parts does
Only thing i would like to see change is better hours on the weekend

My uncle has taken his vehicles to Western Auto for years. I took my car in for an alignment & oil change. A shout out to this small business as they did a great job. The woman at the front was so nice & helpful. I am sorry I forgot her name. Make an appointment before you go because they are busy. Excellent customer service. Thanks y’all!
