This store never keeps stock. They're always out of soft drinks , and when I brought my drink back 5 minutes later because it tasted like carbonated water, they made me pay for a refill although my cup was still full of their nasty soda. Seems like once a week they're also out of gasoline. Obviously in need of new management.

My Wallet was stolen off the counter and the manager Chelsea refused to give the follow up detective on the case any video footage nor help him in any possibly way . Other employees informed me that they KNEW who took it described the yellow vw bug car she was driving parked right in front of the camera.. she has been absolutely rude and threatening to remove me off premises when I have brung it up 2ce after months went by.

I purchased Lonestar Lineup promotion ($6.00 worth of tickets for $5.00), I was charged $6.00 for it. There were so many people in line I quit protesting, when the clerk look at me with a confused expression when I advised it should be 5 not 6. I wasn't going to hold up all the people in line over one dollar. There was only 1 cashier and at least 10 people in line. I would suggest buying your lottery elsewhere, somewhere that actually trains their employees on the lottery.

Loved the 20 cents off a gallon discount they send out each week. Clean outside and in the restrooms.

This visit was a good one. No wait at the gasoline pump. Got .20cnts off a gallon!! And a free 32OZ fountain Drink. The cashier was friendly. Only a short wait to get my merchandise rang up& paid for.

The clerks that i have dealt with usually in the evenings or very late nights at the Grant St. location, have always been very friendly, personable, knowledgeable. I would like to thank the staff that is working those shifts for all that they do and have put up with!! I certainly appreciate getting nothing less than the absolute best from these employees!!

Terrible staff. Super slow. Always an issue getting gas whether the clerks mess up or the pump is damaged. Bathrooms close early and are always gross.

Now that 7-Eleven wants to be automated, the lines are terrible. There is only 1 cashier and there were 10 people in line. You can't use the automated line for gas, lottery, alcohol or if paying with cash. Makes for a long wait. And at shift change expect a 10-15 minute wait in line.

Employees are rude, the manager yells at the employees and throws things at them. They have employees come and work without clocking in. There is a smell in there. The drinks taste funny. I was just passing through and came to this location and experienced a rude employee told the district manager and she did nothing. So all in all I will never stop at this location or any Other location related to this company. They don’t value their employees or their customers.they all need to be fired.

Needs a 0!!!! The manager Chelsea and her minions are disrespectful and plan out rude. Giving 7-Eleven as a whole company and the franchisee a bad name. All the employees including the manager needs to be fired and the store be completely restaffed with proper training on customer service etiquette. Given that I have been in multiple convenience stores in my life a peanut has better customer service than the individuals at this 7-Eleven.

DO NOT BUY STUFF from indoors!!!!!! go to WALMART instead! i am so angry as a customer - i spent more than $100 here..... because it is closer to my house.... and then i go to walmart and see the SAME product but DOUBLE the amount of contents packaged, for only a few bucks more. i am FURIOUS! i will NEVER go to this store again. they conned me BAD! don't waste customers' money if you don't want a negative review. i hope people only buy their gas because they pretty much stole from me
