I will never do business with this company again! After an issue came about, I decided to return my item due to bad business ethics. Rent A Center is the way to go!

In the beginning I was satisfied with the overall service. But I was injured and lost time at work while losing my house and having to return a refrigerator. The man I was renting from is an honest and good person. But the rep I spoke with was threatening legal action that he couldn't do. I just received a text from the landlord that he is meeting an Aarons rep to surrender the refrigerator to him. I will be back on my feet again and I assure you I won't spend one dime with Aaron completely unprofessional

Never again. We've always had a good relationship with Aaron in new england, but here in north texas.....not once in new england were aarons drivers sent to our apartment to collect. Not even once! They keep sending drivers to our door to collect for slightly late payments. Unnaceptable!
