Bank constantly closes their lobby early, disregarding their stated times. Usually 10-20 minutes early. This is a particularly bad problem on Fridays. Completely unprofessional conduct.

Very informative and patient. Caroline and her team are not overbearing and demanding. They take time to explain things and made sure I understood the entire process. She explained many different programs to me and did not seem to have a biased opinion; however stated facts in my best interest.
