She contacted the men at First United Bank and they saw me the next day ..Slade Hodges quickly assisted me in finding out the problem and THIS bank helped me to regain my home in 3 days and helped me finance the needed money to recover from the mistakes made .He treated me like i had been a customer for years not days. They were professional ,courteous, but most of all calming to my situation .I have been banking at another credit union for years , but when I get a day off you can bet I will be changing to this bank !! I have never been treated with so much professionalism and kindness from a bank before , they made me a believer that some Banks do care and want to help . “Telller Alondra and supervisor Nichole are absolute life savers.
We went in for cashiers checks from one of their sister banks, and our bank was giving them trouble with the transactions. Alondra and Nichole both knew exactly what was wrong, what steps we needed to take to fix it, helped us stay calm while we were incredibly stressed, and never acted like we were an inconvenience despite our transactions taking quite a bit of their time. We are grateful for their patience and hard work!”

“I'm giving 4 stars because Brandy is highly unprofessional. She refused to cash an insurance check for my husband, because it was after 5 pm and she said the insurance verification dept is closed. I asked if she could at least try to contact them. She said NO it's after 5 pm. She refused to help us and talked to us like we are stupid. I have been banking with y'all for well over 10 years and it was absolutely ridiculous how she handled us, we could not believe it. She turned us away. I called Allstate, they said they can verify checks until 12am ct. We go back in. Alison helped us and went above and beyond. She has helped me and my mom before at a different branch and she was very friendly and polite and handled the situation very well because of course we were highly upset with Brandy. As Alison is helping us, Brandy butts in and tries telling Alison what to do and also mentions something about how our attitude affected how she treated us initially. She does not know what we are going through. We have had a death in the family this week. Horrible experience considering I also had to take off early at work and use pto in order to make it to the bank in time before closing at 6. The outcome was that Alison took very good care of us and we appreciate her a lot!! It sucks that Alison had to fix what Brandy did, I'm sure it happens a lot too!”

I have been with First Bank since 2005 and receive EXCELLENT SERVICE at any branch.
Especially Kell location which is closer to my home ?. Their TV Star ⭐️ office employee there is always kind. I use the lobby tellers often and am recognized immediately.
The bank Loan Lady easily gave me a Loan to help pay for a walk-in shower for my wife who had Cancer. 6 months later, my wife died and the First Bank Loan Lady easily gave me a Loan for Funeral Services.
