Wonder if the owner of this store knows how stupid his manager is that does not know the difference between warranty and insurance. I was having problems with my phone and in stead of trying to help me tried to sell me a hotspot and told me to lie to Assurion and tell them I dropped my phone in water. Like is he going to pay my deductible???? My phone is less than a year old and it was a warranty issue I wonder if he has one of those trees that grows money since he apparently thinks $250.00 is a drop in a bucket If he tells customers to lie he's not a good person in general Thank god for AT&T phone support You can't argue with stupid !!!!! He will get his one day especially with his attitude maybe he was better flipping burgers instead of being a manager

The worst service ever. They allow their employees to talk disrespectfully to the customers. Things like "bro"and "Aka". I asked for the employee's name and they refused. If I ever talked to customers how I was talked to, we would be out of a business .

It is the worst service that I have ever seen. It is constantly down and they have no idea what the problem is. Been dealing with this for 8 months for some reason. But changing asap

I have been with at&t for over 20 years. I decided to get my device unlocked. Went online, got the process taken care of, and got my unlock code. I then went to the local at&t store to see if they would help me out. ALL I needed from them was to put in a blank sim card for all of a second, and then for my sim card to be replaced. They refused to budge. Not only would they NOT help me, they said if I contacted customer service, it would take 48 hours to get it through. NO WAY I said, then I asked where the nearest T-Mobile shop was, of course they did not know, as they were at&t. Then they said, "thanks for stopping by", I replied, "Yeah, My Mistake". Never in my life have I been treated with such disdain and disrespect. I went to the T-Mobile store a few blocks away, and without blinking an eye, they said YES, and I was done and happy in 2 minutes. I will now think about switching carriers, due to the malfeasance of the local AT&T shack. I do not do business with incompetent people.

I would give no stars if I could. Complete rant about the AT&T store on Lawrence Road in Wichita Falls! (Review says I'm in Ft. worth but I live in Wichita Falls).Our son went in February to change our plan to a business one. We have six lines on there, three iPads and a watch. They are completely incompetent. They didn't get everything switched over the first day my son was there because the guy needed to work on it. My son spent over five hours there with them and they said they would get the lines changed over and contact him when it was done! He was never contacted. He went back in there and they had the store manager working on it and said they would update us again and that never happened. The first month after all of this they gave us a credit and didn't charge us for the new lines that were switched because we were already charged on our old account. This month we received an over $1000 phone bill on our old account and the plans had been completely changed up! And a $364 phone bill on the new account. They are double charging us! We absolutely are not paying $1000!! Total incompetence by employee that helped him and the store manager. I am beyond mad!!

I went into the store hoping to get an iPhone 11 and the guy was like oh we don't have it... I'm like can you check in the back to be sure??? Talk about not wanting to do your job.

Literally the worst customer service ever. DO NOT even waste your time in this store. The entire staff is incompetent. Not only do they not train their staff properly to a simple task, but they leave their new staff members to fend for themselves when they need help. Nothing was accomplished after two separate days, for a total of 6 hours. This place is a shit show. Staff standing around bullshitting with the management as well. I'd rather drive to Fort Worth than deal with these people again.
