Zero stars!!! Went in for a new screen after spending $3000 for 3 new phones and getting 3 screen protectors which Jessica says she can see but they won’t give me a new one for $10 unless I find my year old receipt!!! I’ve been ATT customer obviously too long!! Tyler the manager would not discount the screen protector for me without finding the old receipt which is supposedly on the account, wants me to pay $50 instead of the $10 price. What a dirt bag place!! Absolutely no customer service at this location.

She didn't transfer information from the old Sim card to the new Sim card. She was nice and courteous.

Absolutely useless. Needed to return a phone . Thought I’d go to the store to make it easier. Waited 30 minutes to be seen. They didn’t know how to process it. They called customer service, handed me my phone, and walked away. I still have to go to the ups store mail the phone back to AT&T. This store was a waste of time and no help at all.

Derrick was professional and courteous. He was patient while explaining to this old Grandma how to operate my new phone. He moved all my contacts and pictures to my new phone. Very nice, polite and very well mannered.

Went in twice yesterday. When I try to make a call, the message is I am not in network. It is doing it again. An Esim card had been added yesterday but then I couldn't call again. Went back in, still doing the message, they turned it off then on. 30 minutes later the phone was back in problem mode! Why can't anyone fix it the first time. No refunds on lost airtime will be refunded, this month's and next month's payment will be expected, on time and full amount. Why can't customers get the same respect and service??

Horrible customer service. Why do they even have people sign in if they are just going to keep skipping over them? I waited for over an hour for service and did not even get greeted after signing in. They serviced 3-4 other people before me that came in after me. They really don’t give any care about their customers at all. Completely disappointed to the point I’m looking to leave AT&T now!

I want you guys to know that Derrick P is the most personable young man, and it was a pleasure doing business with him. He is outstanding at his job, he helped me with a very significant problem. I would highly recommend Derrick P to anybody that uses at&t!
