“The service advisor, Eric, was extra, EXTRA exceptional, as was Andrew, the shuttle driver.
Eric did the big things, like clearly explaining and prioritizing the multiple issues requiring repair, as well as the little things, like backing the vehicle into the service area so that my elderly mother (who has mobility issues) could easily access the vehicle. Eric also personally drove me to the bank to get cash because Andrew wasn't available and I wanted to avoid the service fee charged by my credit card company when paying for the repairs. I don't think I've EVER had such a wonderful experience at a car dealership service department -- or anywhere, for that matter!
Like Eric, Andrew was just as pleasant, professional, and courteous. Not only did he drive me and my mother home well after shuttle service had ended, when we got there, I had difficulty finding the correct key. Although I assured him several times that he could leave and we'd be alright, he insisted on waiting until we were safely inside. Since it was dark outside, his kindness and concern for our safety will never be forgotten.

“I cannot comment on their actual repair services, but I can comment on the helpfulness and friendliness of Art at Unique Creations. My husband and daughter were on a cross-country trip and the car started shaking violently around 5:30pm. They needed a repair shop and everyone in town they called for help was closing at 6pm. I was able to get Art from Unique Creations on the phone. While his shop wasn't equipped to fix the problem, he talked with me about my issues and recommended the only repair shop in town open until 7pm. My family was able to get the car repaired and get back on the road that evening. Without Art's help, my husband and daughter would have been stuck until businesses opened the next morning. Thank you Unique Creations for your kindness and help!”
“They are top notch and honest people. They won't try to sell you things you don't need. They have a mobile service, which is awesome if you aren't able to drive to their shop. The mobile service cost is entirely reasonable, and they will promptly arrive to help. 10/10 all around!”
“Colby is honest and very knowledgeable. We have been bringing our vehicles to him for years. I never felt taken advantage of or had to worry about anything he had fixed. Which honestly is saying a lot. I have recommended him to family and friends and never heard anything negative about him other than sometimes the repair can take a while. This is only because he has more work than a one man show can take.”

“Amazing experience with Dan & Tiki! I went into the location looking for an estimate on repairs after being hit with flying debris from an 18 wheeler. The glass was ordered and replaced the very next day. All of the glass was cleaned out of my car even. I highly recommended them. They will do the remainer of the repairs after Thanksgiving.”

He gave me good advice and led me in the right direction for the problem I was having. Ricky was willing to tighten some hoses under my hood and check some codes and clear them like I needed. While I didn't end up using his full mechanic services and he didn't charge me for his time, he still helped and checked on me after I left to see if I got what I needed. Thank you Ricky”
