Our coolant line snapped and we came in asking for a specific part. The staff are so helpful and the manager is very knowledgeable got us the right part to fix it right in front of the store. Thank you so much for your help and tools you lend us.

Sometimes I really love the staff but lately it seems like unless I stay on top of them to give me a receipt, they forget. Then with trying to exchange stuff I get penalized even when the first purchase was earlier that day and could probably be looked up on the til. I don't know if it's staff turnover not being trained or not caring, or if it's a manager trying to limit returns and encouraging employees to not give the receipt to the customer.
I plan on watching my next few visits and involving corporate if this keeps being a common occurrence. I encourage others to watch out for this as well.
