Customers report feeling very welcomed by employees who have a lot of patience and the best attitudes. While the store often has desired items in stock, a noted complaint is that Best Buy does not have a contracted installer for certain equipment like security cameras, which can be frustrating after a major purchase. However, the installation teams for major appliances are described as fabulous. Delivery service is also impressive, with dedicated employees who persevere through installation challenges, are on time, courteous, friendly, and dedicated to getting the job done. Employees frequently go out of their way to help, providing seamless service where one helpful staff member can easily hand off to another. This consistent and knowledgeable assistance across the store leads customers to feel satisfied, definitely return for future needs, and recommend the location to friends and family for any electronics needs.
