The worst service I have ever experienced. I made a reservation for a Budget moving truck a week in advance. The reservation was listed under my name but I had put in my reservation that I was not the driver. I had put the driver's information into my reservation (name, driver's license number, expiration, etc.). We had a reservation to pick up at 9am, when the location opened. We were there at 8:52am. Location opened at 9:01. We did not receive service/acknowledgment until 9:42. There were two employees helping the one customer in front of me. When it came time for them to help us, they told us their system has been down for two weeks and were having to call the service line to rent out vehicles. I gave them all the info from my confirmation email to give to the service line. They then told me I had to pay $136 for insurance for the moving truck or else I couldn't rent the truck. This was not mentioned anywhere online when I made my reservation. I was also then told I would be charged $25 for an additional driver even though we only had one driver. They said cause I had the reservation under my name, but a different person selected to be the driver, that counts as an additional driver. He also said the company does not allow a reservation to be made under two different names (reservation name and driver name has to be the same). This also was not stated when I made the reservation online. When I questioned the man about why wasn't any of this stated online or why would the reservation be confirmed if "reservation name and driver name has to be the same" when that wasn't the case in my reservation, he simply said "The reservation is only to secure the vehicle you want. None of the other information matters". To which I replied, "Then why ask for all the other information like driver's license, expiration date, issue date, etc.?" Of course, he had no explanation. I was so fed up, I was actually looking at UHaul trucks as I was waiting for him to stop talking out of his ass. I highly recommend going with any other moving truck company before you choose Budget. Overall, I spent $200 more than what I was quoted in my reservation. I absolutely regret choosing them and I will never ever go with this company again. Spend the extra money on UHaul or even save money on UHaul.

I use this place almost every time I have to rent a car. It's easy to make a reservation using the website or the app.The counter is located in the local Wal-Mart. It's on the north entrance side (next to Home Depot).Make sure you show up at your scheduled pickup time. There's normally only one person working, so, they try to be around during scheduled pickups.When dropping off, there is an after hours box inside that can be used.Cars have all been clean and reliable. Prices are very competitive, which is my main reason for using them.

The gentleman that rented the vehicle was great!! However, Budget Car Rentals wouldn't allow us a one way rental. We had an accident outside Wichita Falls, TX where we rented the vehicle to finish the trip to my sister's funeral in California. We were wanting to return the vehicle to our home location in Shreveport, La. The company wanted to charge an extra $900.00. We will probably never use Budget Car Rental again. Again, the gentleman that tried to help was great!

Overbooked us , I had to take a lyft to get there so now out 20 bucks. They never answer their phone it goes straight to corporate. We got there he told us 5 people were ahead of us on the wait list and only 2 cars were due in that day. Yes we were early. But he told us the 2nd car was not due in till noon. Our reservation was for 11am. Why book reservations when you don't have the cars available? That makes no sense whatsoever. When I call for a refund, on hold forever and she tries talking me into rebooking. It's quite obvious u do not care for ur customers, who pay ur bills. Most of the reviews I see are similar to mine.

We extended our rental service through their customer service center and it was never entered into the system. They reported the car stolen without trying to contact us. Not one phone call, email or text. When we went to turn the car in at the time given to us by the customer service rep. the police were called and they overcharged us by $300 for turning the car in "late".

First trying to get a hold of someone at the local store was literally impossible! Second no where does it say that it is located INSIDE Walmart! Google maps took up behind Walmart by the automotive department when the store is located all the way up front. Third, as I'm waiting for the employee to finish the payment he informs me that he can't complete the payment because they put a $300 hold on your card ABOVE what you are actually paying for the car until the vehicle is returned. I did not have that much available. This was an emergency trip due to a death of a family member.

I was supposed to pick up a car this morning before work . I had an appointment. Arrived to Budget Inside the Walmart and no one was there . Waited for 25 min and I left without my rental . Awful Customer Service, well no service at all . AVOID THIS LOCATION

Garbage customer service, I made a reservation online and when I went to pickup the vehicle I was told, “we don’t have any vehicles”. Didn’t offer another vehicle or another day.. nothing. Thanks for wasting my time. 10/10 would not recommend this place.

Disrespectful and Sexist, we made a reservation two days prior to the pick up. My wife shows up and he proceeds to talk down and over her refusing hear any thing she has to say. He tells her that even though she has a reservation there are no cars available. My wife steps aside to call me and two guys come up to the desk with no reservation so he decide to give them a vehicle. When my wife confronts him about it he berates her and continues to talk down on her. So if you enjoy your spouse being disrespected and an attempt at stealing your money go here. They do a great job at it.
