I had just moved to Wichita Falls and needed a vet ASAP. My Chihuahua was very sick. VCA Callfield, was just around the corner from my new house. I called them and they told to bring her right in. From the moment we got there the staff was very nice and supportive. The Dr's are very knowledgeable and caring. We all had a ruff week, but in the end she is doing amazing and is bouncing around and playing like she is still a puppy and not a senior. I feel that if it weren't for the extra steps they were willing to do for my pup, she would not be here with me today. I am very thankful for them and will take all my animals to them. Thank you, from Kim and Gucci

I take both of my fur babies to this vets office! Dr. Spears is the best. Very informative.

Good service and friendly staff. However, later on when I tried to order my dogs arthritis medication through 1-800-PET-MEDS to save about half the cost, they wouldn't authorize his prescription and said I could only buy it from them. It will be worth it for me to go to another vet since my dog will be on this medication for life. Not sure why it is normal practice for humans to shop around and save money on their own prescriptions but VCA believes this is out of the question for animals.

I had a good experience with Callfield Animal Hospital. They are currently seeing most patients while their owners wait in the car, and I was nervous to bring my usually vet-fearing cat for her new patient appointment without being able to go in with her, but they made it easy and comfortable. Both the vet tech and the vet were very communicative and my cat had a stress-free visit, which is a first for her. I did have an emergency with my cat back in early May, and they were unable to see her. She had not yet been established yet at this clinic but had her new patient appointment scheduled. I understand that this is a difficult time, however, and fortunately I found somewhere else that could help her. My cat's previous vet was a cat-only clinic, so I will be interested to visit this one in person in the future to compare the experiences, since there is not a cat-only entrance. Overall, this was a positive experience. Thank you!

They removed my dog's 3.5 pound spleen due to a large mass and she is at home doing great! The incision site is immaculate! On top of that, their care and concern for me (I was a mess) was very comforting. I highly recommend VCA! They go above and beyond!

Every time I've had to bring one of my pets to the office, I'm always here with a warm smile and friendly face. The veterinarians that have treated my cats have been some of the kindest people I've met and I'm so grateful for their compassionate hearts. Even when we had to euthanize one of our pets recently, the care given and the empathy we felt was genuine. I would recommend this clinic to anyone with pets.

Love this place...they treat my fur babies with the utmost respect and very friendly. They also care for my sugar gliders and are the first line of defense for me before I have to take them to Dallas...they also were very accommodating when my daughter was visiting from out of town and took care of her dog...wonderful friendly staff!

The people are great here. From the receptionists and the assistants to the wonderful Veterinarians, these people really care. They are not out to just make a buck, they truly care about your pet. I highly recommend them.

We just moved here and we needed to get our dog Peanut a rabies shot and get her licensed. We came in and the first thing that hits you is there is no smell....none....at all. I didn't know Veterinarian's offices didn't have a a smell, this place is super clean. We got our shot, got some preventative flea and heart worm meds and we even got our city dog license. Everyone was super nice, from the ladies at the front desk, to the vet, Dr. Bruce and our vet tech Kyndal. We will be back and I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

I walked in at 4:30 pm on a Friday with my sick dog, Mila, and no appointment. The staff greeted me warmly and professionally. The receptionist showed genuine concern for my Mila. I was given a work-in appointment. Within 10 minutes, Mila and I were in a room. Mila had blood work done and fluids administered. The vet prescribed antibiotics and suggested a dog food that is easily digested. (Much to my embarrassment, she left a token of her appreciation on the floor as I paid the bill.) I'm happy to report Mila has recovered quickly from her stomach issues. And she's back to playing fetch with her favorite squeaky toys. My experience at this clinic was great from the start to the finish.

Love them! Everyone from the receptionists to the veterinarian, wonderful and professional people. I know quite a few reviews on here talk about them being expensive, however that hasn't been my experience. I personally think the pricing is very good, especially compared to larger cities. I always know my pets are in good hands when we have to schedule an appointment. Thank you all so much for all your help! And keep up the fantastic job!

My family has always taken all of our dogs here, and we've always been extremely pleased! All of the doctors are always super helpful, as well as the nurses and receptionists. One of my dogs was extremely sick with Parvo, and he wouldn't be here today if it wasn't for their expertise. They even called to check on him multiple times, which I thought was super sweet! I wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else in town for veterinary care.
