They have a good selection of clothing, as well as boots, but they're sure proud of it all. God-awful service though, every single time I've gone in. Employees all have a holier-than-thou attitude and don't care to help unless you're as uppity as they are. The employees could use a good lesson in basic hospitality, although I'm sure management is falling short as well.

Other than being harassed by retail employees constantly, no I don’t need help I’m pretty sure I can pick out a pair of jeans, the manager made sure to make a scene when the cashier forgot to remove a security tag.If you’re going to treat people like they’re stealing and literally wait by the door for us to leave, maybe you should consider that I just spent $160 on 2 pairs of jeans - if I was going to steal stuff I’m not going to spend that.Aside from whatever preconceived notions you had of either my boyfriend or I, the way we were treated by the older retail Hell employee was embarrassing and degrading.We’ll never shop there again.

Had been hunting for a pink outfit for a special occasion coming up soon. Found a pretty pink denim jacket with rhinestone fringe. No one helped us or offered to help us and the girl that checked us out had a nose piercing (can’t find my receipt & don’t remember her name. It noticed when we got home the security device was still on the jacket. We had to cut it off because my daughter was flying out early the next morning for Atlanta. When I returned the device, another inexperienced & under-trained associate just looked at me like I was stupid. No apology for the inconvenience, just a “uh huh!” Managers need to teach their employees how to communicate with customers. Of course lack of caring prompted me to leave this review. When I called to speak with manager, just got a voicemail. Sad

I like Cavenders in general, but customer service at this location in particular is hit or miss. Sometimes I'll get someone friendly, sometimes I won't. For this reason, if I need something I'll usually order online, unless it's something I need to try on. I actually went in to the store recently to purchase a brand new item that they started carrying and when I got to the register, I mentionedmy excitement about the new line of merchandise.....WOW! I think if those girls would have gotten away with rolling their eyes in front of me, they would have! I'm sure they probably did after I walked away. I've never quite had that kind of reaction giving positive feedback on an item! A very dry and unwelcoming response to a happy customer! Super awkward! If I decide to purchase more items from that line, it will be from online.
