Never will I use chase again I’ve been in texas for and month now and I was supposed to get my debit card in the beginning and haven’t received it I ordered an new one because slithery said it was delivered but I never got it and I got another and I’m have gotten it today and still haven’t received my debit card and now I’m calling to see if they can see anything with the tracking code they have for it since I paid $5 to get it shipped express and no one is answering I’ve called exactly 20 times never again

It was a great experience, I drove up to the ATM, deposited some checks & withdrew some cash & was on my way in less than 5 minutes!

I've been trying for a yr now to get someone to just answer the phone , they don't. Bank is huge and if you walk in they ask if you have an appointment if you do not you have to leave and go onto the website to make an appointment or call which no one's answers the PHONE . IM DONE . All the good comments must come from the employees

1 bank thus far for customer service, professionalism, consistency and accuracy.We opened a business account here and the process was thorough but stress free, we felt comfortable, we got all the information we required, and the details and benefits of our business and the different types, cards, services associated with a business account was thoroughly explained so when we opened the account we felt confident this was the bank for us. I also opened a personal account which again was stress free and gave me even more confidence in the bank.The banker who helped us Jennifer Mount was absolutely amazing, friendly, professional and comprehensive she was awesome and a true asset to the bank. I'd definitely recommend Chase as a business and personal bank and so much more.Definitely a 5***** from us..

This bank is so ridiculous. There's only 3 atms in town and the employees inside have no authority to help you with your account. The atm took my son's $489 deposit but then froze up and they couldn't get the $ back for 8 business days!!!

Walked into the bank and there was one person at the counter offering customer service. Stood in line for 15 minutes before they told us to sit down and someone would be with us soon. It's been an hour since we've been here and no one has seen us. Bankers are taking personal phone calls, chatting with people who come in not needing services. I live out of town and my time is precious. Will definitely be switching banks.

Just about every time (different days) I call the Wichita Falls Branch I get a recorded message asking me to call back later because all representatives are with other customers! What large bank does that? It is very frustrating! Can they not afford a person to be designated to answer the phone. Seriously consider changing banks!
