There is no customer service here. I tried to open an account a year ago and couldn’t get anyone to wait on me without an appointment days later. They have closed the business account where I work on multiple occasions for no explainable reason. RUN from this bank!!

I absolutely hate this bank. Their atms are ALWAYS down. Both of them. And when you complain about it the workers just laugh about it. Definitely looking for a new bank.

There customer service on kemp in wichitafalls, is very poor even the manager finds to accept their action to refuse the customer complaint as the about issues that are made on their issues and the informal process to be file as well as the employees for chase and my money is in chase and they find it to pay these merchant on transaction that were declined on their transaction that were payed and cover it up after showing facts they show i had a negative balance after the facts show otherwise and ignore my complaint.

Company has been customer since March. Twice now they have not returned one of my deposit slip. This requires me to drive back to retrieve it. They say the can't email a copy to me. Don't ever send the white and yellow together,or you may not be left with proof of deposit.

Rejects perfectly good recent cash. And checks, drive up us too close on the right. Get the right engineers to do it right. Green light up top isnt lit.

There are three lines and eight cars in line and two people working and it's backed up. They are supposed to be hiring more people but no one has been here in the last two months . I have been waiting for 20 minutes this is craziness
