My 67yr old mother went to the store she told rep Freddy she needs to keep her same number. He didn't port her number he gave her a new one she didn't know until she called me. When she went back in I was on the phone Freddy was so rude yelling at my elderly mother. I asked him can you cancel this line and create a new one and port her number he refused! My mother was so upset she was shaking i told her to go to her car. when I asked to speak to a manager Freddy stated he is the supervisor over this location! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH CRICKET!!!

Jennifer just YAS!!!! Ok tbh... I have been a pre-paid customer for years. I have traveled all over the West Coast. Experienced many cricket and their competitors over the years. I almost just ordered my phone (sick of the Lil attitudes and lack of concern type employees) but, wanted my Razr now. Went in reluctant, but then I met an Angel on earth... Jennifer. This young lady was just wonderful! Great customer service. She listened to what I wanted and got it done, quickly to boot. Corey was very nice and knowledgeable as well. Jennifer was so amazing I went in reluctant to get one phone, I left with 2 phones. She even won over my daughter. Cricket you got a diamond, treat that young lady accordingly.

Ok so hear we go. I had no idea when ordering online from cricket it was not in fact cricket. Did anyone else know this? Well my package reached our UPS location. It did not however reach me so I called. Pkg open?at ups guy has it on his desk he tells me. OK. No ride, no phone so I'm kinda hmm. So I contact customer service. They(after wlkn to wifi borrowing phone and goin to an actual cricket store)I get told my SIM card was activated and by me since they used my pin. Ok im mad. So ask for supervisor and im hung up on during transfer. Next day borrow phone and Josue on chat tells me I can go buy a sim card anywhere so I need to do that then walk back to cricket store and get activated. Ok wait I paid over 70 dollars for phone service online to be delivered to me. And now weeks later go buy myself a new card and WHAT!!?? WORST SERVICE EVER. FINALLY KADEN ON KEMP STREET TELLS ME ABOUT ITS NOT CRICKET iTS ASURION...thanx for lookin out Kaden possibly the only cricket employee that's not a total jackass. So I had to finally what? Buy another sim card walk to store etc. So my words to the world cricket online is not cricket and nobody with cricket real or otherwise will assist u at all. I have no resolution only spend more and they will soon try to draft my card for next month when half the first month was used by some freaking thief at UPS. I remember when the customer was given mad respect and would be taken care of and then some with a situation like this. Well not now. Now they do NOTHING offer NOTHING and then u find out WHO ARE THEY ANYHOW? There's how nobody is responsible for any of it but collecting money for below average service and products. So cricket whats up

Honestly one of the most useless phone stores I've been to. While they're good at accepting money and payments, they're not helpful when it comes to activating and/or trying to fix anything to do with your account. They overcharge if you don't watch them and I was recently told that if I got a discount added to my account it would take over a week to be applied. I went to the store on central freeway the same day and they said it applied and was already applicable. If you can I would suggest avoiding this store and going to one of their other locations.
