I feel sorry for the pharmacy. They never have enough people working, I waited 20 minutes in line at the drive-thru, and that's not unusual. It seems they have more red tape to go through than other pharmacies. My son walked in to Walgreens, ask about COVID-19 tests, and the young lady said do you have insurance and he said yes and he gave them his card. They gave him two tests and the whole ordeal took less than 5 minutes. I've been getting my prescriptions at this particular CVS for years, you would think that they had all the information for me they could ever need. Evidently not. I went to the Walgreens website and was amazed at how easy it was to get around that website. I have the CVS app and it can't do half of what I need it to do. I hate to gripe about places and people, but this particular CVS is really low on my list, but I'm stuck because of my insurance.

Well, they did it again. The pharmacy told me to come right after lunch to get my medication, went at 5:45 pm, waited for 15 minutes, then they told me it was not ready. I know places are busy but just be honest with me and tell me when to pick it up. They do this so often to me I wish they would just tell me they are too busy to deal with any customers and send me to another CVS but I am afraid they will all just waste my time and gas. Too bad mail order is more money.

We live close to this one, so we've given it about a dozen chances. To be clear, my wife and I don't expect a red carpet to be rolled out, we're just looking for decent, or mediocre, or just neutral and forgettable drug store experience. Regrettably, like clockwork, it's a bad experience every time. From clerks chatting in the corner and acting inconvenienced by your presence, to pharmacy techs refusing to help you because "I'm about to go on my lunch break" that doesn't begin for another 10 minutes, we've seen it all at this point. I'm leaving this review today because I was invisible at the pharmacy counter to the pharmacist and tech a little while ago. I stood patiently for about 10 minutes without being acknowledged. So I left for the last time, without the things I came for. I'll never go back. Based on the other reviews, it's clear my family isn't the only one being treated terribly.

No reason for a pharmacy to be this bad. Takes 20-30 minutes to fill up a prescription, and that's if they "expedite" something they already have. Literally go anywhere else. If you're this badly understaffed and unprepared then close your doors.Never coming here again.

CVS told me my Childs prescription for her daily medication was out and they needed to order it. I was assured the pharmacy on Friday evening; they would order the prescription and it would be available no later than Tuesday. She had 4 pills so it would be close, but Tuesday would be good. On Tuesday, I received a text message the prescription was ready. I went to pick it up and was told "No one put in the order, and they are still out of the medication" by an extremely rude Pharmacy associate named Ashley. I explained the urgency that we were completely out of pills because CVS promised the medication would be in today. She said she was not the one that told me, and it was not her that forgot to place the order. No apology for the inconvenience or offer to call another pharmacy. I end up asking her to check other CVS location because my daughter must have her medication and she told me no. I asked to speak with the Pharmacist, and he was polite and said he would have her check other locations. I said I would drive wherever I needed to pick it up. Ashley came back and told me she would check but not now. She said she would do it in "about an hour" I said it's 12:30 now, should I check back at 2:00 and she said no it would be after 2:00 because was going to lunch. I was on the verge of tears and this woman had no sympathy and zero manners when it came to helping us. I cannot believe CVS Pharmacy would have given so little regard to customers and their health needs.

Your pharmacists really need to learn the Texas Administrative code, specifically Rule 170.10 prescriptions and controlled narcotics. It specifically outlines when a paper script can be accepted and that an electronic version is not required in certain circumstances. One of your pharmacist is quoting false information and not helping take care of your customers.
