Pharmacist was belligerent, rude, and unprofessional. Horrible customer service. Inept in transfer of prescriptions from CVS pharmacy on Seymour Hwy (that store is closing). The pharmacist on duty this afternoon 30 March 2025 should be fired.immediately.

They have attitude in the pharmacy drive thru and are SLOW. Also, CVS texts that your RX is ready then when you go to pick it up they tell you it’s going to be 20 minutes to fill. Makes no sense.

Worst experience ever went in for eyelash glue and was paying self check out here is my receipt and the older lady working tonight hovered over me like I was stealing then got really ugly and rude with me when the change machine jammed kept rolling her eyes at me as I was bothering her and she had no customers other than me!! Will never shop here again!! I never leave reviews but this Experience really bothered me because I was in there with my granddaughter And there was no need to be treated like that!!

I had an AMAZING experience with this CVS pharmacy!! There was a staff member named Ashley (works in the pharmacy section) that went COMPLETELY out of her way to help me out with a prescription (both costing and retrieval). I am a veteran and if you didn't know, dealing with the VA is a DIFFICULT process. Ashley spent ALL day doing research and making calls to make sure I got the specific prescription I needed despite her experience with dealing with veterans and the VA. It is rare to see this high-level of customer service. THANK YOU

Went to the clinic tonight. Son has an ear infection. I chose this pharmacy, because my pharmacy closes at 6pm. They stay open until 8. I go to CVS as soon as I am done with the doctor. Prescription not yet received. I wait 2 minutes, they come back and tell me 15-20 min. I go get dinner, come back. Pick it up. Go home, as I am getting the prescription out of the bag, they didn’t even mix it. Should be in liquid form, it’s in powder. I realize this at 7:50. I call to ask if I can come get it mixed. Yes, but you will have to wait until morning. We close in 5 minutes. I explain I am only a mile away. He said it sounds like I won’t be able to get there in time. They close at 8 and they can’t stay open to correct the prescription they handed out. So, my son now has to wait 12 hours with an ear infection, no relief from prescriptions. Big fail CVS. It takes time to close. I would have gotten there a few minutes after close. You could have fixed your issue and gained a customer. Not now. Once I get this fixed in the morning, I won’t be back.

I'll give them a 2 since I've been using them for at least 3 years. This is strictly for the pharmacy, not the overall store. I think after this last prescription that I need, I'm calling it done. I've already been sent across town to get meds at another CVS pharmacy only to be told that I'm not even allowed to pick up from another CVS pharmacy. (I thought that was the whole point of using CVS? kind of like Walmart? You know where you can go to any of them to pick your meds??) They've been closed two to three times that I've gone up there during pharmacy business hours (that's been just within the last yr). The pharmacy pick up window has been closed a time or two only to be redirected inside. On one occasion, once I get inside, they tell me I can't have my BP med because they're waiting on my doctor to release?? My doctor was the one that sent it in!!! WTH?! Then she tells me that it might automatically appear,and to check later! LOL!! I'm not ignorant, as if I don't know I'm S.O.L. because it's late Friday afternoon and it's the weekend. Good try on that friendly customer service voice, but blowing smoke up someone's a#$ is not the way to go about it. ?

Ignorance is out of this world in the pharmacy. Trying to charge people with 100% Co pay to pocket money . Undercover thieves. A 2.5 rating tells that this place needs a change and better employees. Now at a 2.4 just today because of Ashley and her nasty attitude.
