They really need to do better at answering the phone people calling are just as important as the ones in the store people are trying to call to see if you have what they need as weĺl you don't know if they have walk take a cab or whatever it is and want to make sure before going there's plenty of times I've called no answer like now and me ill call when I show up to see store can be empty and Noone answers and when I say something about the phone when I get there and them not even knowing it's me calling walking in watching them not answer it's always we were so busy this is still a multitasking job and you need to be answering phones just as much or hire more people that way yall can stretch further to be able to do more this is not it

Every time I go into the Dollar General on Iowa Park Rd in Wichita Falls Tx the store is ALWAYS CLEAN AND WELL STOCKED AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ROCKS AT THIS STORE!! I WOULD RATHER DRIVE ACROSS TOWN TO THIS STORE THAN TO GO TO THE DOLLAR GENERAL STORE ON SCOTT ST THAT IS ONLY A HALF OF A MILE FROM MY HOUSE BECAUSE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ON SCOTT ST SUCKS AND THEY NEED A NEW MANAGER. PUT JOANNA ON SCOTT ST AS THE MANAGER, SHE WILL ROCK IT!!!

Maybe if you’re not gonna open on time, put a sign on your door and then don’t yell at people when we try to ask if you’re open because you’re supposed to be open at 8:30 in the morning
