June 24 2024, around 15:18 a delivery was made 2 large boxes placed on the front porch, viewable from street, by a young large individual. Failed to notify me they were there, never rang the doorbell. This occurred last week twice. Delivery folks are getting lazy and setting boxes up for thief. All FedEx delivery. The only good thing is the boxes were not damaged.

Lost a package. No update to tracking number at all for 2 weeks. A week ago the staff takes my number says management will call me they don't ( they lost my number ) . Says they sent someone to check the drop off box the other day. That would be a neat trick since the box was physically removed from the location due to renovations. After suggesting that I might have put it in the wrong box I was brushed off and told to call the 1-800 number (it's a joke too) . Now I'm out 1000.00 bucks because FedEx's asinine bureaucracy and staff ineptitude.

Apparently it's OK to deliver a box busted open on both top and bottom. Tape split in half. Not attempts to retape or handle with care.

Ordered 2 sheds from Amazon. FedEx sent me a notification per email that they had been delivered may 16. I live in wichita falls tx they where not only delivered to Cleveland tx they were left outside a gated drive with no signature. FedEx of course blamed amazon so in talking to amazon they assured me the address and tracking number were correct. So either FedEx hires irresponsible people who can't read and leave package at random places or someone made some money. I can't get the price i paid for the sheds as they were on sale so I lost my sheds due to FedEx shabby and underhanded service. Won't be using them again as I have instructed amazon to barr them from any of my deliveries.

Usually I don't have an issue with the FedEx here. However our last two deliveries by the same gentleman FedEx worker is just not acceptable. The first delivery he did not take the mattress up the three steps even though he has a dolly, he just layed it there. Today was just outrageous! He spilled our bed frame on our grass, left the pieces on the side of the box, once again just laid it on the stairs damaged. Our grass is wet from the storm, I'm pregnant and unable to lift anything but especially these deliveries. I am beyond upset with this service. If you don't want to do your job, then get a new one. I have video and photos.

Absolute joke. I took a day off work to receive a package I missed yesterday and was notified that they couldn’t drop off my package because I wasn’t here. I’ve been right next to the door all day AND I had signed the sheet authorizing them to drop it off even if I wasn’t home. What really gets me is that customer service couldn’t give me a single answer. The lack of accountability at every level is extremely frustrating.
