I've been an customer at this location for years now & Seth never ceases to amaze me with his customer service ! He is soo friendly , kind, quick, welcoming, and just an outstanding representative for FedEx, his customer service is ALWAYS SUPERB & I just thought he should be recognized for that !!

It was my first time using this store. I was greeted and assisted as soon as I walked in the door. Within seconds they had my label printed out and handed me my shipping confirmation. I would 100% use this location again.

I like using them for printing invitations. It's quick, usually a day, and it looks great. I buy an invite template and upload it, and they do the rest. It's convenient and decently priced.

Had worst experience with this delivery company.
They lost the most important gift for me, which was going to be the surprising present for my gf’s birthday.
Even though they found out and were sure that one of their employees stole it, they said that they don’t buy a new one and don’t pay the exact cost of the gift which was $150. They said that they only pay $100 for it and showed us the attitude like they don’t care about this problem and not problem with them.
I was so disappointed to this scammers and shocked that I couldn’t make my gf’s birthday the best.
Since they said that stealing in their company always be happened, I won’t use anymore.

Both girls at the counter were rude and unprofessional. Who’s doing the hiring? I would rather walk my package back to the return address than to ever step foot in here again.

Had terrible experience trying to make copies. Taylor was rude and real short with my wife and I. She said she would show us one time how to make copies and cut us off when we had questions. Never going back. You should fire her! She shouldn't be helping the public.

Spoke with Taylor (4/4/2024) and she was exceptionally helpful and informative. Answered all my questions regarding passport services and even helped guide me to the US Postal Service Passport Office in Wichita Falls for additional assistance if I wanted to choose that option. Very courteous, professional, and made sure I had all my questions answered.

Went inside to print off paper from my email, I was greeted when I walked in and the lady come over and was very informative on how to use the self service machine. I was told after I emailed the item to that specific email, I would have to wait until the email is received on my end with the code. You don’t receive the code immediately after sending the email, it takes about 5 minutes per email and each email has its own code. I had finished printing off two papers, as I'm waiting for the other two codes to come in, the machine timed out and wanted me to pay another $5. So I called the lady over and told her my issue, she tells me “ oh just do the same process all over again, pay another $5” I ask her why and that I’m not because I wasn’t finished with my first batch and wasted $5. She says “ the machine times out after not being used for a while “ I tell her “ it’s not my fault, it’s the codes fault, you don’t receive the code fast enough “ she says “ okay and just walks away “ doesn’t even try to resolve the problem or even assist a customer having issue. She greets you but if you have an issue, she avoids you and doesn’t try to help. Very unprofessional

Fedex should do a better job by hiring people with great skills and character. Our CE.O. went here to pick up a package that he requested to be held at this location. When he got there, all he received was insults and aggression from this staff. Please check the video and picture posted on this review. She doesn't even understand the process of picking a package. She was not even willing to learn, but rather yelling, and she threatened to call the police. An official complaint has been open regarding this matter. Warning ⚠️ to all fedex customers here in Wichita Falls, keeping your phone handy, and be ready to record before some unprecedented thing happens to you at this location.
