My income is nothing to write home about. I'm disabled & receive a check once a month. At that time, I go into the lobby to do that month's banking. The tellers are always friendly & they know my name before I give them my account number. They never rush me.It's common for banks to cater to clients who have a lot of money. I am very happy with how Prosperity Bank has treated me. I hope that many people have the same experience.

The bank will not provide any way to redo my password nor will they provide an evening contact number for them. I have also been banking with this bank for several years, had been a customer of the previous bank. I need to know if my deposit was made. They are asking ridiculous questions in regard to bank association, I have valid credentials and they are ignoring those and me. If it was not so difficult to change banks, I most definitely would!!!! Difficult communication and people,

Since changing ownership I have had nothing but trouble from this bank. From their aggressive policy of overdrafting every account to award themselves the fees, to staff that are unaware or outright complicit in a campaign of deception they are now the worst. I do bet they make a lot of money tho.. .

Very rude tellers. Made me feel like I was beneath them. The ladies treated me as if I wasnt good enough to bank there. Needless to say I will not be banking there and my family will be moving there money to a better and friendlier bank.

After servicing a 30 year ARM for me which I have never made a late payment in the 17 years I was with Fidelity, I was contacted by their mortgage department to refinance. I moved forward under the impression that it was a slam dunk. They had all my pertinent information and required that I pay for a $500 appraisal and subsequently declined my application to refinance. So I'm stuck with my ARM and out $500 and hours of time chasing down their requests.
