I got a haircut. The girl hacked my hair. The owner came and tried to fix but she cut so short . One side is visible longer by an inch. I was crying while it was happening and left and balled in the parking lot. I don't recommend.

My hair stylist was Anna and y'all… this is definitely the best hair experience I’ve ever had. I showed her the hair cut inspo I was wanting and she did JUST THAT.😍 She is also so sweet and made me feel right at home. So happy with my cut and I’ll definitely be back so soon!!

Hi I just wanted to say I had a lady name lethie do my hair there a while back and she bleached my hair very badly she chose to do me any my daughter same day and thinking she could do it but running in and out of the building saying she had to do things and leaving bleach in my hair to long and missing spot on my head and not doing a professional job on my hair or being professional during while we were both there I noticed later that the back my hair was a different short length in the back from the sides she basically killed my hair putting to much bleach in one spot and to long I have been trying my best to grow it back right length and she also did not do my daughter hair right either to big of chunks on her highlights then what we showed her on a picture she charged way to much for not the right thing I wish I had of just went to the vernon college and finish my hair nevervwill I do that again pay so much money for bad service I'm scared to even cut my hair at now it won't grow right it's very bad makes me cry all the time seeing my hair like this . I feel like someone else would have said for this but as I am nice lady I'm just gonna put this down that she needs to be more better at her customers service and bleaching and other services not leaving your customers and feel I should get my money back for this at least some of it cause my hair is having a hard time growing back after months trying to grow back .

I came here, no one greeted me. There is no "front desk". Waited a while then asked if anyone in the salon would be available to do a mens cut today and I was told they don't do cuts for men even though it says different on the website.

I have called and called repeatedly for the last 3 to 4 weeks. I have tried reaching the stylist herself on the cell phone and she keeps leaving messages and her voicemail is full all the time and she just leaves a message. So I called the main number of the salon and it's not available and there is no way to leave a message. I really did like this salon and Anna did an amazing job. But I wouldn't recommend this place at all. I can't reach the shop and I can't reach her personal number. I have waited and waited on her and I desperately need my haircut and there's no one returning my call so no. They are very talented but they are young and not taking care of their business. They have lost a permanent customer. I did everything I could and waited on her. She had to have emergency surgery the same time I did. I'm assuming she's in Mexico I don't know what else to think but I am really upset and I'm changing salons.

I love love love them!!!! Leti is awesome!! I didn't know I could do a review or I would have a long time ago!! This last June she cut my hair for the first time from mid back to a fast and pixie cut. I love it. And have so much confidence back. I have gone back to her all year for redos. And all the others that work there are just as amazing and everyone is so friendly. Oh and last time I got it cut my daughter was with me and said he was hungry. I told her we would eat after but Leti gave her a breakfast sandwich she didn't eat I love them so nice and caringServices: Perms

Leti is amazing and she deserves more than five stars. I highly recommend her. I didn't get a before picture but omgeee the after picture is stunning ❤️. I found my home in this salon with her. I will never go to anyone else. She definitely knows what she is doing. My hair was in desperate need of help since it has been two years since I have done anything to my hair except one trim. She is the best beautician I have ever been to. Thank you Leti for making me feel so much better and making me look better. My hair was making me feel low self esteem.
