horrible customer service! went in to ask about a 14k gold necklace and was told it's fake. first of all they don't use fake gold in ANY fine jewelry. and the gold nest should be performed by someone with a little more education then who performed it anyways.

Awesome staff!!!! Awesome inventory!!! As soon as I walked in I was greeted and was asked if I needed help finding anything or help with any questions! One employee named Dustin even shown, compared and explained prices and market value of some jewelry I was looking for and had a great deal on it!!!!! I highly recommend this place!!!!

Do not use this pawnshop they are crooked evil people. I took a set of pearls in there to see if I could pond them and of course the answer was no which is no big deal, but I also pond some other stuff along with it that they did take we got to talking, and the receipt was made up money was exchanged hands And me being absent minded like I am left the pearls laying on the counter a week later I come back to get them after my sister had already called and talk to them, and they had assured us that they would be safe behind the counter, they proceeded to tell me that they had thrown them away. My mothers pearls a $600 set of pearls just gone in the trash because these people Probably stole them. Probably took them home and gave it to their old lady. Terrible terrible people horrible customer service stinks in there. These people are bad people don’t use them.

They dont test the equipment, got a lawnmower, it was broke. Took it back to exchange it, and the other was broke too.

I have dealt with them for a few years now and I have never been disappointed. Staff is great, will go out of their way to help you as much as they can and they are honest about what they take and sell. They will also Never Sell Your Items like EZ Pawn did to me. Instead when I forgot a pawn with this company they called me and let me know it was about to be sold and what my options were. Only one other pawn shop that I will deal with and I am sure if they are still open!
