Went in yesterday and had a horrible experience. Found a shirt in a bin marked “4.98 for items marked 29.98 and under”. There were multiple of the same shirt in the bin, and they were marked 19.98. I took it to the register to pay along with another shirt. The shirt that was supposed to be 4.98 rang up as 9.98. I explained to the employee that it was in the 4.98 bin, and there were more of the same shirt in there. She tried explaining that that was for items marked 29.98 or lower. I asked her to see how much that shirt was marked. She said “oh. It’s marked as 19.98 so you’re right. It should be 4.98.” Then the phone rang and she proceeded to answer. After her phone call she says “so do you want the shirt for 9.98 or not?” To which I was completely flabbergasted considering she had just said it was supposed to be 4.98. I asked “didn’t you just say it was supposed to be 4.98?” She said “yes, but I can’t change it…”. So I said I didn’t want anything and left. I worked as a retail manager for years, so I know that if something is marked a certain price, you are supposed to price adjust it. Especially considering there was more than one of the item marked down and she had just said I was right. Needless to say, I won’t be back.

Super friendly and helpful staff! :) Excellent quality of clothing, and merchandise sales that happen often enough to keep you coming back. I may have to make this store a weekly trip. I love it!

Young lady seemed a little annoyed that she had to help customers. Maybe she was having a difficult day. I did find a few items that where a decent price.

The new store manager is doing an amazing job! The mood of the store has greatly improved. The staff seems so much friendlier and happier.

This place is great for clothes and little gifts. They don't have a huge selection - there's a lot more online, but the staff is very nice and friendly.
