This place of business will very soon be facing an ADA lawsuit for making fun of a disabled child and we have it on video. There were three grown women laughing at my special needs child because he was stimming and making noises, he is autistic and nonverbal. When they took photos of the inside of my car for full coverage insurance, she took 3 of my son sitting in the backseat and went I went back in they were all laughing at the photos. I asked her to delete the ones of my son and the manager told me that they were their property to do with as they pleased. I will be filing a suit and will never deal with these awful women on Kemp ever again. I’m so glad I started recorded these nasty women. Shame on them. My son is 12 and has a hard enough life as it is, why makes things harder. In a world full of hatred it doesn’t take a lot to be kind. Anyone that wants to see the video, email me and I will be glad to send it. I believe it will be on channel 6 news tonight

The csr trinity called me about my payment, even though I’ve had no cc notes on my policy for a couple years. She called to be purposely unprofessional. Upon speaking with management I was treated as if I didn’t understand how it happened, all she could focus on was weather or not I was competent enough to understand what was going on. I’m not elderly, or a minor, I just wanted to understand if the csr who called understood that she isn’t suppose to call me, let alone giggle during the phone call.

Was told to come in person to pickup declaration, but after driving 2 and a half hours to this place I was then told they can only email it. This place full of people with empty heads. Don’t go here

This place is a joke. Local staff is great. The corporate office will screw you over quick. Believe every horror story you hear about this place. I've been a loyal customer for years. Now I need the service that I have been paying for and have been getting the run around for 2 weeks. Bunch of crooks.

Cheaper rates. Paperwork did take long. I've been with them almost a year and have automatic drafts for payments. They give you a date that payment is due then attempt to get it a week early. This month I was I'll and didn't catch it so the funds were not available and Fred Loyal charged my bank a$30 return fee which was the passed on to me. Talked to Monica at the insurance company who understood but was no help. Canceling policy asap

Fred Loya customer hit my Semi and trailer, we are now out of business as a result and yet they claim their customer is not at fault.........poor ownership and exposed their client to a personal litigation. Do not recomend!!!!
