I moved here a year and a half ago and Bryant has been the best associate to my brother and I. We shop here almost every week and Bryant is just an awesome dude who answers all questions we have, builds conversations with us, and helps us find things we want or need. He’s a true friend of ours and is my number one reason I shop here instead of anywhere else. Thanks for being the best in town.

Don’t recommend purely because of the store manager. All the employees there are actually awesome and great. Yesterday I purchased cards and candy, I made note to an employee that he had I believe it was 5 of the same promo card all in roughly the same light play condition. I asked him does it make sense that one is priced at $3 and the others ranged upwards to $15. He looked at them and informed me he would have the manager check them out. Today I went there to purchase a card I was thinking about buying, that same employee informed me that he brought to light those promo cards to the manager and the manager asked if it was me because I am not afraid to look up pricing and inform them on what they are selling is actually going for. The manager informed the employee that they will not do business with me anymore so I couldn’t even buy the card I was there to buy today. I contacted another location and the employee there is going to get his manager to get me an email to contact corporate or customer server since there isn’t anything on the website or card to do so. I have made purchases at this location and to just say they can’t do business with me anymore simply because I point out pricing on some items is actually ridiculous. I don’t usually do reviews like this, but I’m not going to let this happen to me without talking to the actual company first. Again the employees there are actually awesome and I have had no problems with them. I will update this after I hear from corporate about this situation.EDIT 1: quick update, other locations have been amazing when I contacted them, luckily a district manager was at one of them and informed me on how to contact corporate. Will update once I hear from them!

Always good to go. Find movies I've always loved and forgot. Kinda reminds me of going to blockbuster with my dad. kids can find the games they like and new ones. Staff are always friendly and down to earth.

Large selection. Prices were good for Wii-era and earlier games, and horrible for newer (used prices exceeded new prices in some cases).

Well I had to take my 5 stars back because a friend took there gaming cards to game x change and pretty much got told last night what to do and how to look it up and that they pay this way well today after my friend spent all that time doing what a employee told them to do and go back up there and got ripped off in my opinion everything that was told to them was turned around and made it out like the day shift had
