“I have much good to say about this place! In the few months I've been training here, I have come to appreciate most the nice variety of equipment and the kind, personable nature of the trainers and most of the clients. Although the space is moderate in size, the price-point of the gym generally keeps the gym from becoming overcrowded, even during prime hours. The keyfob system is also a real asset to having a membership here that shouldn't be overlooked. All in all, I don't really think you can go wrong by deciding to train here.”

“My one and only choice for physical therapy. They have a very well trained staff the text have to go through they're all training with their DPT, PT, or PTA and are very well supervised. The facility itself is extremely clean, the front desk staff are they're just amazing I don't know how they put up with all of us, and they are all from beginning to end helpful encouraging Pleasant and very professional on a scale of 1 to 10 I'd give them an 11 if that makes sense thank you to everyone at OSTC.”

“Some of the machines are broken, many are outdated. The leg press machine is an accident waiting to happen, I hope they can get a new one in there. There's no hybrid tanning bed. Staff is nice, the location is clean, but needs updating.”
