“I got in a bit of a bind and had to pawn several tools . Long story short the gentleman that runs this place is awesome. I went past my due date on several tickets. I was waiting on money and it just didn't come quick enough to get the stuff out before they came due. I went in fully prepared to accept that I lost stuff and was hoping I would at least have a chance at buying the tools back. To my surprise they held all the past due tickets for me and I didn't loose anything. Most places are hoping you don't come pick your stuff up. This place not only he'd my tickets they helped me save some money. Most the time when I think of pawn shops I think they don't care about your situation. “I recently went to Banter’s Jewelry to get my ear pierced, and Miss Cindy was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. She was extremely helpful and informative she took the time to explain everything clearly and gave me her honest opinions about what looked best. I really appreciated that she was genuine when answering my questions about the jewelry and piercings.
Not once did Miss Cindy make me feel uncomfortable or unimportant. She was so kind, patient, and professional the entire time. When I wanted to try on different necklaces, she had no problem taking them out, placing them on me, and helping me find the perfect one. She even helped me pick out a stunning pendant and matched it beautifully with earrings and a necklace everything looked perfect together!!
Miss Cindy truly went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my choices. I’d give her a 10/10 and highly recommend her (and Noah) to anyone looking for great service and a caring experience at Banter’s Jewelry. I’ll definitely be going back!”
