filled up my water bottle, cashier told me i had to pay $1 ?? lame. we just filled up our tank. the cashier was a white dude smoking a cig outside. rude dude. hope he finds a happier path

I made a purchase and I need the restroom The employee told me to use that outside portable restroom,he never told me that the ones inside was damage , bad customer service and they did not have any notes warning of the problem.
