The minute you enter the store you're greeted with a smile and a very cordial welcome. Kohl's is my favorite store and family, friends and my students know it. The quality and style of clothes and other items are the best. I appreciate having one place I can shop that provides seasonal specials. (I share many of the treasures with school and church.) I appreciate all the perks which include large percentages off in every department and hassle free shopping. (Clerks are willing to help and I don't have go search for them.) I just hope I can continue to shop on site - not on line...

I have loved shopping at Kohl's for years but since changes were made within the store the staff is not as friendly and accommodating. I was there this week and the cashier was so busy trying to get me to sign up for a store credit card that she failed to charge me for one of the items Intended to purchase.
