I’d go lower if I could.
You walk in it’s a room with an iPad on a stand with no human in sight.
Can’t get anyone on the phone can’t check if an order is sent or not.
I’ve had blood drawn quite a few times never once have bruised like this
Just do yourself a favor and find a better spot
Oh and the parking is bad

Did not have my primary insurance card when lab drawn—called back 3 days later to give them the correct information—transferred 3 times and finally told to call back in a week or two “ after bill generated” to give insurance information. Crazy !

No one there. Don't waste your time. Cooks children's hospital told me to drop off a sample here and I walked inside and there's nothing but a kiosk. Tried signing in and it was inconvenient. Doors were open and when I checked rooms were all empty, tried calling the number and there's no way to talk to an actual person, tried calling down the empty halls and got no response, it was weird. Like the building was completely abandoned... waste if time

The technician who did my lab draw was very helpful with the sign-in process and did a great job with the lab draw! I barely felt the stick.

The female representative on staff was absolutely outstanding. A regular client was present and rather disgruntled over the unexpected wait time due to Quest computer issues. The female Quest rep was extremely calm and graceful with the disgruntled man. She handled the situation with great professionalism, allowing for no escalation, which could have been very possible. You have yourself an A+ employee there.

Nicest and friendliest nurse. Very clean lab
