Horrible communication. Would not use this lab again. We sent a sample off stool sample off Tuesday. The turn around time is 1-3 days. By Friday evening I still hadn’t gotten results. I talked with someone from lab corp who went back and checked and said they had it and were waiting for something to grow and we should know something by end of the weekend. Monday comes and I still have heard nothing finally get our doctor to get in touch with them who finds out the sample was canceled because it was overfilled. No one could have told us that between Tuesday and Monday?? We’ve don’t nothing but sit out the house and missed a family vacation waiting for these results. Ridiculous. If the over filling was truly an issue they knew Wednesday and should have contacted the dr that ordered it. But instead we were lied to.

I am a mobile phlebotomist. I use this lab frequently to drop off specimens, rather than go to Okc. I usually deal will A or T. Today I dropped off my specimen with Jennifer. She falsely reported that my specimen had not been refrigerated over the weekend!!! I am very diligent and take pride in my work. I do not take kindly to falsely reports. If you have a question about whether a specimen was kept refrigerated or ambient. You need to ask when it's delivered. It had been at room temperature for the hour it took to drive to your lab. Not for the weekend!

I haven’t always had the best experience at labs, but this experience was different. The employees were kind, helpful and efficient. The lobby, restrooms and patient rooms were clean. The check-in kiosks were easy to use. I was in and out of there quickly and happy with my experience!

I am almost 7 months pregnancy went in to get my lab work done and can’t go during the day cause I have a job and have to get my son from school at 3:30. Not to mention we live in Burkburnett Texas so there no way of getting here in 15 minutes. They are lazy and don’t wanna stay past 5 so they turned me away and I don’t have any other time to go during the day. You would think since I got there at 3:57 and I could do my lab work and it took her till 4:03 to finally talk to me she said she couldn’t do it. Just ridiculous if I could go other places for my lab work I would but my doctor office sends me here.

I have been to this location twice for the wellness test with body measurement due to my work's health insurance policy. Both times, Allena has been the one to assist me.The first time I went, my husband came with me so he could also get this testing done since we worked at the same company at the time. He has a HUGE fear of needles and was on the verge of a panic attack the entire time. Allena was incredibly understanding and compassionate towards us and helped me calm him down enough to get his blood drawn.The second time I went by myself since my husband had moved on to a different company. I had literally gotten into a hit and run in the parking lot 5 minutes before my appointment, and the other person ran. Of course I was extremely shaken up and upset that not only was my car a little messed up but now my blood pressure was going to be off the charts. I told Allena my concerns and she was incredibly understanding again. She told me about a small car accident she was in to make me feel better, and helped me get my blood pressure down by comforting me. Allena deserves a HUGE raise! She definitely understands how to treat her patients and makes this location the best location compared to all the Labcorps in DFW!

Both experiences I had were pleasant. Front desk was short staffed for my first visit and I had my granddaughters with me. The other Tech asked my granddaughters to come up front because the littlest one was having a freak out because they were taking my blood. They took the time to care for my family as I would.

I went in for blood work and urine sample and was immediately seen. Was in and out in 5 minutes. The lady who poked me was so nice and I barely felt anything.

1st time visiting this location for blood work. Check-in using the kiosk was a breeze and wait time afterwards was about 15-20 mins. The lab personnel were polite and friendly. The actually stick was a bit more painful than what I am used to and was inserted without any warning at all. Overall an ok experience but if you end up waiting in the lobby for more than 19 mins the annoying loud door opening chime will give you a killer headache. They need to turn that thing down or move it away from the lobby
