First and last time using. Took my taxes in person scedualed appointment. Only all they did was take my originals and said they didn't have anyone there doing taxes??? It would be scanned and forwarded to someone, and I could expect a call in a couple of days. 2 weeks later, they still haven't called me, and I've called them and left 3 voice mails that have not been returned. Not very professional, and now I'm stuck trying to get my originals back because they wouldn't even make a copy for me.
