Needed a fan motor for my AC tht was purchased thru locke supply. They only had one motor in the whole company and it was this one so I jumped in my car and 2 hrs later I was there. On my way in I called the store to ask which exit to take and how to get there. Tanner, the guy on the phone took the time to figure it out and tell me exactly how to get there. I was only a few miles away. Took the exit and followed his instructions and drove right there. Not sure if you have ever been to a Locke supply but they are usually large bldgs broken up into 3 sections. Electrical, plumbing and HVAC so you have to go to the right counter. I never do on the first shot. Got there and talked to Tanner. They had the motor boxed up and ready to go. All under warranty so no paperwork on my part. 2 hrs later back at home and an hour later the AC was fixed. Very professional and everything was handled within their company. Check them out as they are a southern Midwest company. 4 stars because they only had one motor in the whole company for a system they sell.

I would recommend coming here for HVAC parts, but there are better places in town to shop for plumbing and electrical. The last employee I dealt with in the electrical section was completely clueless and looked at me like I was speaking a different language. I got annoyed and left when he handed me something not even remotely related to what I asked for. I then drove to Elliot Electric and got the part I needed within a minute of walking in the door. For plumbing parts I prefer Wichita Pipe and Supply.

Hunting a specific outdoor light fixture for a race car trailer, I chose to visit Locke Supply. At first I had high hopes thanks to an online search however the first person I spoke to (a young guy) my hopes had run out the window with his answer. I saw another worker Chris K, who was helping a customer and he seemed knowledgeable so I waited on him. While waiting I found what I was looking for but in a clashing color. Happy to have found what I was told they didn't have because he has "never heard of something like that" I went back to the counter to wait on Chris again. Showing him what I found, I asked if there was any possibility that it can be ordered in white (to match the racecar trailer). He checked and emailed their distributor to verify and I was able to order 5 white LED outdoor knuckle connecting lights. I was so pleased with the fact that Chris was willing to look and actually kept open communication with me while he searched, that I will be back for all of my lighting, and plumbing needs in the future! Thank you Chris.
