I have had a Lowes account for over 20 years. This week I rec'd a letter advising they will raise the interest rates to 31%. I have faithfully paid my monthly bill, not been late, and have always enjoyed shopping at Lowes. Today I called the Lowes customer service number. After asking them to reward faithful customers, and raise the % on slackers, they advised everyone was being raised across the board. I closed my Lowes account today, and I encourage everyone else to do so.

Wichita Falls Texas Store. 11/14/23 6:30 am. Pushed help button in flooring. It cycled through 5 times and ZERO help showed up. Went to Home Depot and had people waiting inside the door to help me out. Bought slightly over 1000.00 in bead board. Won't be back.

We had the best help ever at any Lowe's.. we bought windows and Jarod was so helpful then we needed over 80 sheets of concrete board and a lot of supplies he took care of everything with the help of Marie in flooring.. loaded us up and we were on our way... great experience great employees

This has been the worst experience I have ever dealt with as a customer. My wife and I just PCSd to this location. We ordered a washer and dryer from Lowe's in Wichita Falls. My wife took work off to receive the delivery, however, the dryer didn't work. We called to get a replacement and were told to call the other store in Dallas because that's where it ships from even though I ordered it though this local store. I waited/ took work off again on Monday and the delivery driver calls me at the end of the delivery window to say "I can't get on base I don't have my drivers license." He then said " I guess you will have to take another day off of work." To say this is frustrating is an understatement. I called and called Lowe's and was put on hold for 30 minutes to an hour each time I called. They did nothing to accommodate for these inconveniences and took no accountability for the delivery incident. I was transferred to the delivery company who I spoke with someone to finally set up a better time because they had inconvenienced me for so long. We agreed that I would be the last stop today for deliveries. This morning I get a call at 9:00 am saying "we are in your area" No one communicates and the customer pays because of it. I again had to take off work for a third day to be there for delivery. The dryer gets to my house and is deemed BROKEN! Again customer care locally or from the branch hasn't reached out to try to resolve this. I will never buy from Lowe's again and will make sure others know how they don't care about the customer.

I walked into Lowe's Home Improvement, and by the time I found someone to help me, I was already frustrated.I was looking to replace paint, that I screwed up and let dry out, in order to help finish a deeply personal project.It took several minutes to find a human being, and when I did, he looked at me like I had two heads, and was speaking Klingon.....no eye contact.. chewing gum.... The employee not me....I felt like this kid couldn't have cared less about what I needed.I was looking for paint to help finish a very special piece of furniture, in Superman Colors...I didn't need a gallon...even a pint was too much, but I would buy the pints if needed.The following is my encounter with the elusive Lowe's employee... who by the way, could challenge Big Foot, for the hide and seek grand championship...You can't make this stuff up+++++++Me: I'm looking for a mixable paint, with a chalk finish, brand doesn't matter, and you are out of the smaller sizes on the shelf.. Would you have any of it in the back?Employee: Again by the look on his face...I have two heads and am speaking Klingon...It takes him a full two minutes to respond.. and I hear crickets, and smell toast... smell and crickets coming from him.. not me.. a full two minutes I will never get back.He responds we sell two brands, Krylon and Valspar.. Not true, there are other brands on the shelf, Joanna Gaines and at least one other have a mixable chalk paint. I thought common sense would tell him that I already looked through everything they offered in that finish..Me: I wasn't asking for a specific brand, I was asking for a certain finish.Employee: again another two minutes of hearing crickets and smelling toast...and no attempt to answer my question correctly. Me: I walk off to go get a visual aid.. a gallon of mixable chalk paint, figuring that would help... BUT NOPE.......I wait for the employee to finish whatever he is doing... Not Only do I apparently have two heads, speak nothing but Klingon, but now I've borrowed Harry Potter's Invisibility Cloak... I patiently wait for the employee to quit putzing around and acknowledge my presence again.Now I'm up two ten minutes I will never get back. I show him the can, explain what I want, and I get a blank stare, hear crickets, and smell toast Again...now I'm wondering if the toast smell is now coming from me.. because my blood pressure is starting to spike with all this stupidity.I suggested if they didn't have the smaller size, I could bring in pint jars, we could divide that gallon, then mix the colors I need. I thought this kid was going to self destruct from having to think...Holy crap.. simple math..Employee: finally has a bright idea..well we sell sample sizes..Me: Perfect I need one in each of these three colors.. Remember Superman Colors..Employee: They only come in a Satin finish.Me: Final Time 30 minutes...I leave the store needing a drink!

Extended warranty is useless. Customer service is non existent. Everything is handled online only. I figured out the reason why no one will talk to me. LG frig/freezer - 1 week wait for problem diagnosis, plus additional week wait for repair. 10 days later and freezer is going out again. Don't even get me started on the inconvenience of the whole situation. Just replaced the refrigerator items that were spoiled the first time. Filed a food spoilage claim & they are giving me hassle over that as well. Need I say more? I have learned a valuable lesson. I'll be taking my business to a local, reputable business. ZERO STARS FOR LOWES

As you can see from the photos Lowes in Wichita Falls have a huge and health selection of spring flowers and plants. Thumbs up to the staff who are always helpful. It's also a great place to purchase your wedding flowers. The wedding photographer will love you for it.

I walked in Home Depot and a employee said can I help you find anything? I walked in Lowe's and not one employee ask you anything, you can never get any help in Wichita falls Lowe's but Lawton Oklahoma is different, they'll help you find what you need.

Before I moved here, I swore Lowe's was 100% better than HD. That being said, it is the complete opposite at this location. The people are not helpful, not friendly. For example, I passed several employees today, not one asked if I needed help finding anything. Checking out, the gentleman outside did not greet or say fair wells, other than holding the scanner, he made zero effort to help scan stuff. Very lackluster customer service. I try to avoid stepping in that store, which was how I was back in TN with HD.

The selection is adequate for a box home goods store. I'm a generally frequent customer, and usually am steered in the wrong direction when I seek assistance. The staff knows the location in the building, just not much about the products they carry.
