Honestly I probably got lucky had a pick up set from 8pm-11pm arrived at 10pm was out within 45 min. Shipping is on the far right side of the building gotta come around it. No lights at all. Lady was pretty nice at the door.

I showed up early and they had my load ready. They ask you to either give them your keys or drop your trailer. Plenty of room to get set up for the dock You just have to spin around so that you are not blind siding.

12 noon appointment got here 8:30 am got the door right away started loading very nice people.
I was prepared for a long day due to the reviews I guess I got lucky.
