For the most part I enjoy shopping here. I live close by and it is convenient. I stop in quite a bit for lunch or breakfast. My only complaint, which I think is pretty easy to solve, is the tea container being empty quite often. How difficult is it to keep your tea container with some tea in it? I'll buy my food, purchase a drink, and walk over to find the tea container empty.

Family and friends from metroplex or out of state are so surprised with this store. They couldn’t believe it Carrie’s almost everything if not more like other stores like Whole Foods or Central Market. Selections of fruits, vegetables, meat and seafood are comparable to the high end expensive stores in the metroplex but for a lesser price. Even the pharmacy is great. LOVE this store❤️?

Why am I so damn stubborn and not learned my lesson?Every month it is a battle just to get prescriptions filled at United Market Street.Last month, I felt like the A-hole, because the line had backed up behind me, nearly to the door. I was on their Auto refill program, and had gotten a text, saying my prescriptions were ready for pickup. I get to the counter, after waiting in a long line, only to find out they never filled my scripts. I was hot and tired, so those who really know me can guess what I responded with..Script 1: they really didn’t have an excuse forScript 2: well you were out of refills, and we notified your doctor. I called my doctor and the request was never submitted.It took 4 days to straighten out, I was treated like I had horns growing out of my head because I expected good service from a pharmacy. I was assured that all the problems were taken care of and next month would go smoothly.WTH - you would think it’s Groundhog Day.. the exact same scene just played on repeat..Now I’m one of the lucky ones… I will slowly get sick without them.. and have some time to straighten it out…some poor souls will drop if they don’t have theirs.. but this pharmacy just doesn’t get a clue.#marketstreet and yes I’m that petty!

Very difficult to hear the tech and the pharmacist through the small opening in the window. I don’t normally use this pharmacy but it was the weekend and they were open.

I absolutely LOVE Market Street. But recently I went in to the Wichita Falls Texas location on Kell and had the WORST experience because of one employee and his completely horrible attitude. I'm almost certain he is a higher up type of management due to his lack of employee uniform but his name tag definitely said Josh on it. He's a complete prick and when asked a question he just kind of looked at me and scoffed. Who does that? Especially when in management! I can definitely say I will no longer be shopping there because if he has anything to do with who gets hired I don't want to be around any of those employees. Point blank. Worst Market Street experience ever!!! Thanks JOSH!

Live this pharmacy. So much better than CVS who is always trying to invade in people's privacy. Marketstreet just fills them, consults & then you're in your way! They take coupons too! I will never return to cvs after 10 years using them. They violate HIPPA rights & refuse to fill medications.

Will never use them again took 4 hrs to fill my prescription. Girl in ponytails was very rude and told me 30 min till it’s filled no more than 5 mins goes by and I’m getting an automated call after I already left saying it’s ready. Why say 30 mins if there getting it ready well probably because she didn’t know how to take a hsa card payment and was embarrassed to ask for help the day before so wanted to be rude today and say my script wasn’t ready!

This is by far the most upscale supermarket in Wichita Falls. They are almost comparable to Whole Foods in Newport Beach. And in some ways, I think they're even better. We always stop at Market Street on our way to visit my in-laws. Their organic section is decent. But most of all, their staff is so friendly and helpful. Their fresh breads are great. And they even have a Sushi section. Absolutely wonderful!

Everyone here at United Market Street Pharmacy is always so nice, even with the constant long lines and occasional irritated customer they’ve always been super friendly to me. Amazing customer service 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️’s from me. Keep up the good work, you guys rock!!!

I am not satisfied with the service provided by MS Pharmacy. When my child was sick they were the only pharmacy that had the prescribed cough syrup so I sucked it up when they told me it would be an hour and a half to fill the prescription. What choice did I have? I inquired to ensure they had my insurance info before departing during the wait to give my child the flu medicine I got from CVS. Upon returning to pick up the prescription after the long wait I waited in line for 25 minutes and finally got to the pickup counter. Imagine my disappointment when I found out they did not bill me under my insurance and had the nerve to ask me if I was okay just paying fully out of pocket. I patiently described that I had provided all the information 2 hours ago and I want my insurance to cover the cost. Then I was informed it would take them another 30 minutes to bill me properly through insurance! Not only is this unacceptable and ridiculously inconvenient but my child is still without her medicine. Add cherry on top they never updated the insurance information I provided at the initial turn in for the prescription. So there was a third delay! I am utterly speechless on how much this pharmacy failed my family tonight

EXTREMELY POOR AND UNPROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! If I could give ZERO STARS I would!!! Went in to fill my sons prescription for an ointment/diaper cream at 5pm, the prescription was called in at 2pm by the doctor, and the lady said it would take 45 mins to fill. I explained I would just come back later on the evening and she assured me it would be ready. I went back at 1030 pm and the lady at the counter said that it was not ready but it will just take a min. I explained I have a few items I can grab in the store and come back in 10 mins. 4 mins later she calls my wife and explains that they will not be able to fill the prescription due to the fact that the doctors orders state apply 3 times daily and normally with this prescription it usually is 2 times daily. When I asked why they didn't contact the doctor when they noticed this the pharmacist Lauren who was rude and very unhelpful then explained that they were too busy during the day and were not able to get to it. I asked why then wasn't I told that the 1st time or the 2nd time I came to pick up the prescription she said she didn't know. The following day (today) I called the pharmacy twice to speak with a manger to see if they had reached out to the doctor as I hadn't heard anything the 1st call I was on hold for 11mins before I hung up and the second call I waited 24 MINUTES with zero response. I eventually called our pediatrician who then called the pharmacy and they told him it was because it did not specify where it was supposed to be applied. By far the worst and most inconsistent service I have ever received
