“The experience I had at Heritage Medical supply was awesome. I was needing a medical boot and a knee wheeler due to broken foot. The young lady that helped me really went above and beyond. She fitted me for the boot and made sure I was able to walk out with it on. The knee wheeler, she showed me how to make adjustments that could be made. I was stressed and did not feel good that day. But when I left, all I needed to worry about was getting better. They explained and made everything easy. I was amazed of the inventory they had!”
“These people are fantastic! I literally felt like I went back in time. A real person answers the phone ready to solve your problem. Then, when they do the required work, which in my case was a repair to a chair, they did it in one day and charged very little. So shocking these days to get real customer service that cares. I definitely recommend them!!”
