“I would like to take a moment out to thank the staff at Wichita Falls medical supply company when I was down and out at my lowest point, and my husband was very sick. The hospital kept saying that they sent a prescription over for oxygen and later I found out they didn’t, but lo and behold Rodney Horne came to the rescue. He’s brought oxygen out to My Husband basically saved his life took time to explain everything how to use an all I just wanna tell them thank you from the bottom of my heart. I really appreciate what they did. Also, I would like to give a shout out to Alex. Who waited on me when I went Inside and was very pleasant the staff there was just remarkable. I’ll never forget my visit there and I just wanna tell them thank you from the bottom of my heart. God bless you all.”
“I’ve been a patient with Lincare for a year and 5 months and they have been absolutely fantastic the entire time! From making sure I have the right mask and one that’s comfortable down to making sure I have all of the right supplies for my machine! The office staff is always so kind if I need anything! The new office manager who was the RT for the office is doing an excellent job! I’m so happy I opted for my doctor to send everything to them instead of another company! They are the BEST!! “The experience I had at Heritage Medical supply was awesome. I was needing a medical boot and a knee wheeler due to broken foot. The young lady that helped me really went above and beyond. She fitted me for the boot and made sure I was able to walk out with it on. The knee wheeler, she showed me how to make adjustments that could be made. I was stressed and did not feel good that day. But when I left, all I needed to worry about was getting better. They explained and made everything easy. I was amazed of the inventory they had!”
