I got markers from the clearance rack yesterday for $5; I wanted to see if they would work. I went back today and got the last two packs and the store manager/supervisor wouldn't honor the clearance tag - wanted to charge $15. When I told her I got them yesterday for $5 she told me that was yesterday, todays a new day. I won't be back.

Took in cross stitch project to be framed. The end product showed it hadn’t been stretched properly. Took it back to be redone. Three weeks later they gave it back saying that was the best they could do! For what they charge you’d think you’d get a better end product.

This store allowed someone to make unauthorized charges to my credit card. Thankfully I was notified by the card company and the card was shut down. I thought that credit cards were supposed to be verified, I guess they did not verify mine. Stay away from this store because your information could be used without your knowledge.

Store is incredibly organized however throughout our visit no one really came to assist us or ask if we were in need of anything which is strange at stores of this nature. Found items with great prices which met our needs however. As always with the store they have numerous discounts including 50% off on scrapbooking paper tablets however when we were looking it was u clear due to the signage as to which items it included as there was an exception mentioned on the signage but no real clarification as to what it meant. Upon checkout there was a lengthy line with only 2 of the 3 checkstands running, however before this there was not a lot of traffic so no one is really to blame there. All in all great crafting store just wish there was a little more customer service to assist with the questions. That would have made our experience better.

I really like Michaels, but I think it's a shame that it's not better stocked. It seems like, when something runs out, it takes a long time before it's ordered again, if at all. The store is great, it's fun and has a great selection, but it just needs to stay in stock!
