During Halloween season, I purchased an item that was on sale. There were plenty of signs throughout the Halloween aisles stating a percentage off ashlands Halloween products. At checkout, the manager stated that the signs were wrong. I would understand one sign being wrong but 10+ signs being wrong? No, that’s your mistake. Another employee ended up apologizing for the manager and giving me the discount. Same thing happened to my mom when she tried to purchase an item for Christmas season today. Sign stated it was on sale, but manager said she couldn’t do that because “the sign was wrong”. Maybe they should figure out who is not placing the correct signs? Or maybe get a new manager? Don’t place signs if you’re not going to honor them.

idk how to do the survey for her to get credit. but i was so upset i couldn’t find what i was looking for. i went to multiple different places. as i was walking out Taylor stopped me. and double checked my stressed head for EXACTLY what i was looking for! she’s so sweet. and very helpful! way to go taylor! the world needs more of you!
