I almost just ordered my phone (sick of the Lil attitudes and lack of concern type employees) but, wanted my Razr now. Went in reluctant, but then I met an Angel on earth... Jennifer. This young lady was just wonderful! Great customer service. She listened to what I wanted and got it done, quickly to boot. Corey was very nice and knowledgeable as well.
